A simple program with outsized impact.

Municipal Cards offers a Property Tax Savings and Economic Development Program that enables local governments to drive local spending while helping their residents reduce their tax burden. The program, promoted by the municipality, offers residents a rewards debit card where the reward, calculated as a percentage of a purchase, is applied directly toward the resident's property tax liability.

A greater amount of reward is earned on local and online purchases. Reward payments are paid in a single electronic file, allowing for easy import into the tax software in a manner identical to escrowed property taxes.
